The Client Service heroes at Greenwood Campbell are the face of the business to our clients. They are communication superstars that know how to build strategic & meaningful relationships with all kinds of people from all kinds of industries.

Entrepreneurial in nature, they always have an eye on opportunities to expand Greenwood Campbell's opportunities or improve the work on every project. They support the team to ensure that pitch presentations are flawless and ensure nothing leaves the building unless it's absolutely perfect.

It goes without saying that they are a confident, outgoing bunch but most importantly, they care about our craft and feel accountability for the work, down to the smallest detail and expect this of the people around them. Alongside this, they are curious about emerging technology and passionate about learning & staying up-to-date with the newest trends.

They read blogs, attend seminars and participate in workshops. They are fascinated by the exponential growth within our industry and confident when talking about this with clients.


  • 3+ years experience in an Account Executive or Management position, ideally within an agency
  • First class communication skills with the ability to negotiate, manage and resolve conflict
  • Overall agency awareness particularly understanding that planning and attention to detail are key
  • Commercial and financial understanding with knowledge of overall account profitability - understanding what's in and out of scope with an awareness of benchmarks for budgets, knowing if something is fair and reasonable
  • Technical and digital understanding with the ability to work closely with the studio team and project management
  • Proven experience in recognizing business opportunities and proactively managing those directly with the client
  • 100% reliable, highly responsive and instil confidence in the team around
