User Experience is the vital ingredient to our mantra, Know Thy User.
Intrinsic to all that we do, this process defines everything from what motivates a user, what they want to achieve, how they feel, the device they are using, and the environment they are using it in.
Working in partnership with our clients to establish their requirements, the UX team use a variety of research methods including:
- conducting primary research, exploring the behaviours and motivations of their users
- creating empathy maps, in depth user personas and customer experience journeys
- running UX sessions with real people
- observing how they use the website, where they succeed and where they have difficulty
From here, they propose a structure based on quantitative and qualitative findings from the user research in a way that can be implemented by the web team, liaising directly with the client and keeping the PM and AM in the loop at all times.
